October 10th is World Mental Health Day ๐ŸŒMental health is a core part of our overall wellbeing, yet conversations around it are still surrounded by stigma. Today is a reminder to normalise these discussions and support each other in finding ways to feel our best. Here are some ways you can do that:

๐Ÿง˜ Connect with Yourself โ€“ Checking in with your feelings, whether through journaling, a few quiet minutes, or anything that helps you slow down, can make a difference in understanding your needs.

๐Ÿค Connect with Others โ€“ Spending time with friends or family can be grounding. Sometimes, a genuine conversation or just being with others can offer support and perspective.

๐ŸŒฟ Connect with Nature โ€“ Nature can be a powerful reset. Even a short walk or time outside can help to clear the mind and improve your mood.

๐Ÿ™ Connect with Your Community โ€“ Getting involved in something like volunteering or a joining local group, can provide purpose and support.

Help us work towards a world where mental health conversations feel natural and everyone can find their own ways to feel supported. ๐Ÿ’š
